Production Operative (2026)

Pertemps are currently recruiting Production Operatives to join a local manufacturing company based in North Hykeham, Lincoln. This is a varied role that involves carrying out multiple tasks within a bakery environment, including mixing and baking goods, de-tinning products, packing, and preparing orders for dispatch. This is an exciting chance for someone eager to thrive in a welcoming, friendly and fast paced environment. What hours will I be working? Monday to Friday – 6:00 – 2:30pm How much will I be paid?
