Customer Service Advisor

We are recruiting for Customers Service Advisor, you will support the administration and processing of taxi licensing applications, ensuring compliance with legislation, council policies, and statutory requirements. The role requires a high level of accuracy, professionalism, and strong customer communication skills, the role can be undertaken on a hybrid or fully remote basis, subject to satisfactory performance and service requirements. This position is ideal for candidates who are detail‑focused, process‑driven, and confident working independently while contributing to a wider regulatory team. Customer Service Advisor pay: £25,000 - £30,000 per annum
