We’re recruiting Customer Service Advisors to earn £26,116 per annum with a pay rise after 8 months in the business + Uncapped Commission. You will be connecting with customers, understanding their needs, and recommending the latest tech products and services to find the perfect solutions for them.

Customer Service Advisor role:

The role involves having genuine conversations with customers, understanding their needs and recommending the right products and services. This can include mobile phones, SIMs, tablets, laptops, smartwatches, broadband, TV, 4G Wi-Fi and device insurance.

You may also support customers who are considering leaving, understanding their reasons and identifying suitable solutions to retain their business.

Key responsibilities:

* Build strong relationships with customers.

* Identify customer needs and recommend suitable products.

* Complete sales, upgrades and retention conversations.

* Work towards sales, conversion and customer service targets.

* Explain products and services clearly and confidently.

* Deliver a Personal, Simple and Brilliant customer experience.

Customer Service Advisor pay:

£26,116 per annum with a pay rise after 8 months in the business + Uncapped Commission
