About the role

What you'll do:

Manage and progress a variety of PI and industrial disease claims
Draft key documents, liaise with counsel and experts and prepare trial-ready bundles
Attend hearings and support ADR/settlement negotiations
Supervise Trainees/Paralegals and contribute to team know-how

What we're looking for:

Qualified Chartered Legal Executive with at least 1 PQE
Experience managing your own claimant PI/industrial diseasecaseload
Multitrack PI experience desirable but industrial disease experience not essential
