Drama Teacher – Liverpool Location: Liverpool Start Date: September 2026 Contract: Full-time, Long-term Salary: Competitive daily rate (PAYE) Drama Teacher – Inspire Creativity and Confidence Engage Education is currently recruiting for a passionate and dedicated Drama Teacher to join a welcoming secondary school in Liverpool. This is an exciting opportunity for an enthusiastic teacher to inspire students across Key Stages 3 and 4, helping them develop creativity, confidence and performance skills through engaging drama lessons. Whether you're an experienced teacher or an Early Career Teacher (ECT), we'd love to hear from you. The Role As a Drama Teacher, you will: * Deliver engaging and well-planned Drama lessons to KS3 and KS4 students. * Encourage creativity, collaboration and self-expression through practical and theoretical learning. * Monitor and assess student progress, providing constructive feedback to support their artistic and personal development. * Work collaboratively with colleagues to deliver a high-quality performing arts curriculum. * Maintain excellent classroom management and high expectations for behaviour and learning. * Support school productions, performances and extracurricular drama activities where appropriate. The Ideal Candidate To be considered for this role, you will have: * Qualified Teacher Status (QTS) or an equivalent recognised teaching qualification. * Experience teaching Drama at KS3 and KS4. * Strong classroom management and communication skills. * A passion for the performing arts and a commitment to inspiring young people. * An Enhanced DBS on the Update Service, or willingness to obtain one.
