This is an excellent opportunity for an experienced lawyer to handle complex, high-value claims and play a key role within a collaborative and purpose-driven team.The RoleYou will manage a caseload of high-value, complex personal injury claims typically ranging from 250,000 to 1,000,000, including:Road traffic accident claimsWorkplace accident claimsPublic liability mattersSerious injury cases involving substantial quantumYou will be responsible for:Managing claims from initial instruction through to resolution or trialDeveloping case strategies and progressing litigation efficientlyInstructing counsel and medical/technical expertsPreparing for and attending Joint Settlement Meetings (JSMs) and ADRMaintaining strong client relationships and delivering excellent client careEnsuring files are managed in line with best practice and compliance standardsIn addition, you will:Provide technical guidance and support to junior team membersShare best practice and contribute to team performanceWork collaboratively with colleagues across the wider departmentCandidate RequirementsThis role is suited to a qualified Solicitor or Legal Executive with:5+ years' PQE in Personal Injury litigationStrong experience handling multi-track, high-value claimsConfidence managing cases valued between 250,000 - 1,000,000Excellent understanding of litigation procedure and strategyStrong organisational skills and ability to manage competing prioritiesExperience supervising or mentoring junior colleagues (desirable)Excellent client care and communication skillsA collaborative, proactive and solutions-focused approachBenefitsThe firm offers:Competitive salary and bonus potential4,500 car allowanceContributory pension schemePrivate healthcare and cash planPermanent health insuranceLife assurance25 days annual leave plus bank holidaysAdditional leave over ChristmasEnhanced maternity and paternity benefitsEmployee assistance programmeCycle to work schemeOngoing professional development supportA supportive, values-driven and collaborative working environmentHow to ApplyIf this opportunity is of interest or you would like a confidential conversation, please contact:Olivia Reedð§ ð / The firm is an equal opportunities employer and welcomes applications from all qualified candidates.
