Provide technical facilitation, training, and leadership to deliver solutions that reduce downtime, waste, quality issues, and safety risks.

Minimum HNC/HND in mechanical engineering or a related field, backed by practical experience


~ Experience in FMCG or manufacturing environments : You know how to troubleshoot and maintain complex mechanical systems.


~ You excel at Root Cause Analysis and fault finding.


~ Skilled in using Microsoft Excel, PI Process Book, and SAP Planned Maintenance.


~ Maintain, troubleshoot, and enhance automated, electromechanical systems - from refrigeration systems to meat processing equipment, conveyors, and fluid systems. xwzovoh


~ Participate in risk assessments and ensure all activities adhere to safety standards (ISO 14000, PTW, Hot Work, etc.).


~ Develop talent : Help build the next generation of engineers through technical training and coaching.
