Pre-Construction Manager

Luddon Construction Ltd is a leading Civil Engineering, Building and Surfacing Contractor delivering projects throughout the UK. Due to continued growth, we are seeking an experienced and commercially aware Pre-Construction Manager to lead our pre-construction function and support the successful development and conversion of future work opportunities.

The Role

We are currently seeking an experienced Pre-Construction Manager to oversee all pre-construction activities from initial enquiry through to contract award.Working closely with senior management, operational teams, commercial teams and clients, you will be responsible for coordinating bid submissions, managing tender activities, developing delivery strategies and ensuring projects are positioned for successful delivery from the outset.
