About the Role

We are seeking an experienced and motivated Chef Manager to lead our catering operation for Eurest in partnership with our client, Norgine Limited in Hengoed. This is an exciting opportunity for a passionate food professional to take ownership of a diverse and fast-paced food service environment.

You will be responsible for overseeing all aspects of kitchen operations, ensuring high standards of food quality, service delivery, compliance, and team performance.

Services include: breakfast, lunch, dinner, vending, hospitality and a coffee shop.

• Oversee the full catering operation from food to finance to front of house.
• Lead, develop and motivate your team to deliver excellent service every day.
• Managing food costs, margins, waste and labour with commercial precision.
