You will be working for a growing business which has a small company feel in London but is part of a larger group. This is a dynamic and entrepreneurial business seeking a hands-on qualified finance professional to join their team.Your new roleAs a Financial Controller, you will be reporting to the CFO and owner of the business. Your key duties include: Overseeing the day-to-day finance functionResponsible for the preparation of monthly management accountsCash flow management and reportingQuarterly VAT returnsAssisting with the year-end audit, providing information to the auditorsAnalysis of operational costs and gross margins, analysis of site profitabilityBudgeting & forecasting Preparation of the annual budget with the boardResponsible for authorising bank paymentsResponsible for setting company-wide authorisation limits.Reviewing company-wide controls and implementing new systemsWhat you'll need to succeedStrong, hands-on accounting background, either gained in practice or within an SMEMinimum three years of relevant experienceNetsuite experience (desired) IFRS / US GAAP / FRS 102 What you'll get in returnThis is an exciting role for someone who is looking to make a real impact in an SME business and where you can add real value.
