Customer Service Key Account Manager - Immediate Start

£14.00 - £15.00 per hour (Negotiable)
Temporary Position - Immediate Start

Full Time - Monday to Friday 37.5 hours - Office based role ( No WFH/ Hybrid working)

Our client based in Kettering is seeking an experienced Customer Service Key Account Manager to join their team on a temporary basis with an immediate start available.

This is a fantastic opportunity for a customer-focused professional who can quickly build strong relationships with key clients and seamlessly integrate into a busy environment.

Key Responsibilities:

Managing and developing relationships with key customer accounts.
Acting as the primary point of contact for valued clients.
Delivering exceptional customer service and resolving queries efficiently.
Processing orders and maintaining accurate customer records.
Liaising with internal departments to ensure customer requirements are met.
Providing regular account updates and ensuring excellent service delivery.

Requirements:

Previous experience in a Customer Service / Key Account Management role.
Strong working knowledge of Sage 200 is essential.
Ability to hit the ground running with minimal training.
Excellent communication and relationship-building skills.
Strong organisational skills and attention to detail.
