Part-time Secretary

Part-time Secretary – 28 hours per week. Working 3 days remote and 1 day at a London Bridge based office. Paying £18.75 per hour (equivalent of £34 000). A small Charity is looking for temporary support from 5th October 2026, possibly through to Christmas. Working 28 hours per week, to provide executive and governance assistance. The role will involve a range of responsibilities, including executive assistant support, minute taking, meeting coordination, preparation of board and committee papers and agendas. Along with general administrative support to the Executive Team. Ideally, candidates will have experience working within a governance environment and be comfortable providing hands-on operational support. They are looking for someone who can provide immediate cover for an initial period of approximately two months, potentially extending through to the end of December 2026.
