Senior Foreman/Woman Location: Longside, AB42 4XS Rate: £28.53 per hour Hours: 07:00 - 17:00 (Monday - Friday) Duration: Until December A leading construction and infrastructure contractor is currently seeking an experienced Senior Foreman/Woman to support the delivery of a major Energy Hub project based in Longside , AB42 4XS. This is an excellent opportunity for a highly motivated individual with strong civil engineering and infrastructure experience to take a leading role in managing site operations, driving programme delivery, and maintaining the highest health & safety standards on a large-scale project. Duties of the Senior Foreman/Woman include: Supervising and coordinating daily site operations and workforce activities Leading teams of operatives and subcontractors to ensure works are delivered safely and efficiently Ensuring programme targets and project milestones are achieved Maintaining and enforcing high health & safety standards across site Conducting site briefings, toolbox talks, and daily activity planning Monitoring quality of works and ensuring compliance with project specifications and procedures Liaising with site management, engineers, and subcontractors to coordinate works Assisting with planning and sequencing of civil and infrastructure works Identifying and resolving on-site issues proactively Supporting overall project delivery through strong leadership and communicationRequirements of the Senior Foreman/Woman include: Valid CSCS Card SSSTS or SMSTS certification Previous experience working as a Senior Foreman, Foreman, or Site Supervisor on civil engineering or infrastructure projects Strong understanding of construction health & safety regulations and procedures Experience managing subcontractors and direct labour teamIf you are interested in this Senior Foreman/Woman position based in Longside, AB42 4XS, please apply and the team will be in touch.
