*Key Responsibilities*

* Lead complex diagnostics and repairs on a wide range of vehicles.
* Mentor and support apprentices and junior technicians.
* Oversee daily workshop operations to ensure efficiency, safety, and quality.
* Carry out MOT testing in line with DVSA standards.
* Support the business in building a high-performing, professional workshop team.

*Requirements*

* NVQ Level 3 in Vehicle Maintenance & Repair (or equivalent).
* MOT Tester qualification.
* 10+ years’ experience in vehicle mechanics, including diagnostics.
* Full UK Driving Licence.
* Experience supervising or mentoring junior staff is highly desirable.
* Professional, reliable, and committed to high-quality work.
