About the role
Have you worked in sports coaching, mentoring, youth work or another role where you've supported and motivated young people?Protocol Education is working closely with welcoming primary schools across South Bristol who are looking for confident, energetic and positive individuals to bring their transferable skills into the classroom.This isn't a coaching role. Instead, it's an opportunity to use the skills you've developed through working with children and young people, such as communication, relationship building, behaviour management, resilience and motivation, to support pupils in their education.Schools highly value people who can build trust quickly, encourage confidence, promote teamwork and help children stay engaged. All pay rates quoted will be inclusive of 12.07% statutory holiday pay. This advert is for a temporary position. In some cases, the option to make this role permanent may become available at a later date.
