Tender/Contracts Manager (Public Sector/Construction)

The Role:

• You will work with Clients and Project Manager and Consultants on the procurement of works for construction projects.


• You will prepare post-tender cost analysis.


• You will prepare and compile tender documents.


• You will conduct tender briefing / site show round.


• You will call and close tenders / quotations.


• You will evaluate tenders and quotations and prepare tender/quotation reports


• You will prepare draft Letter of Award.


• You will compile Contract Agreement for Client’s execution.


• Any other ad-hoc duties which may be assigned from your supervisor from time to time.

What Do You Need to Have?

• Candidates MUST be a Degree holder in Engineering or Construction or Quantity Survey or it’s equivalent.


• He/she MUST possess at least 5 years of working experience in projects adopting Public Sector Standard Conditions of Contract (PSSCOC), SIA Building Contracts.


• Candidates MUST have prior working experience to call for tenders and close tenders/quotations especially local public sector projects.


• Well versed in Microsoft Office knowledge (Excel, Word, PowerPoint). Effective communicator


• Meticulous, proactive and a team player and have a keen sense of timeliness in completing tasks


• Strong in verbal and written communication skills.
