McLoughlin Decorating is an award-winning contractor who has worked on some of the most iconic London projects. We have been trading for over 30 years and have a reputation second to none for delivering our projects to meet the needs of our clients. We carry out contracts ranging in value from £10,000 to £4,000,000.
We have secured various long-term projects between 3-10 years in and around London and the South East, and are now looking to expand our team of experienced painters.
In order to apply you will need to have the following: -
* A minimum of 3 years previous experience in a commercial environment
* Must hold valid CSCS Card
* Be able to work to a high level of quality with a range of different materials
* Own tools and equipment
* Ability to work at height
* The right to work in the UK
As a Painter you will work under the supervision of our site foreman and will:
* Be responsible for working to the schedule of planned and reactive works, to ensure that the interior and exterior finishes and cosmetic building fabric are maintained to a high level.
* Undertake preparation of walls / surfaces including filling, sanding and undercoating
* Ensuring all painting and finishing is done to a very high standard
* Undertaking snagging and small touch up / repair tasks as well as full redecoration
* Application of a range of oil-based, acrylic, cellulose and emulsion finish to a high standard.
* Work alongside other trades to make good finishes after engineering installation activities.
