About the role
Ashtead Technology is seeking a Hire Personnel Coordinator/Administrator for a 12-month fixed-term contract at the Turriff facility. The role supports the mobilisation and demobilisation of offshore personnel worldwide, ensuring travel, visas and certifications are managed in line with project plans.
You will coordinate offshore travel details, submit visa applications, track training/certifications, and help manage expenses and tax documentation. An on-call rota is included.
