Key Duties * Supporting the planning and delivery of lessons aligned with early years frameworks * Preparing resources to facilitate engaging and inclusive learning activities * Assisting with pupil assessment and providing feedback for progress reviews * Supporting children with SEND to ensure they can access and participate fully in learning activities * Managing behaviour positively and promoting a safe, supportive environment * Building strong relationships with pupils, staff, and families Essential Requirements * A Level 2 (or above) qualification in Teaching Assistance or willingness to undertake this on appointment * Proven experience in supporting high-quality early years education, particularly in phonics and mastery-based maths * Good understanding of early years development and educational frameworks * Strong commitment to inclusion and SEND support * Ability to develop positive relationships and work effectively within a team * Enhanced DBS check and eligibility to work in the UK Why Apply?
