Managing emails and daily calls from clients, estate agents and other parties. Completing ID and compliance checks. Preparing standard letters, documents and correspondence. Carrying out Land Registry searches. Preparing and sending mortgage and contract reports. Requesting property searches and management packs. Checking online portals for updates and actions required.
