With a strong reputation for technical excellence and high-quality project delivery, the company operates across a wide range of sectors including commercial developments, advanced manufacturing, infrastructure, and mission-critical data centre facilities.Due to continued growth within the UK data centre sector, our client is seeking an experienced MEP Project Manager to join the delivery team on a major data centre project in Docklands, East London.The successful candidate will be responsible for the overall management and delivery of the Mechanical, Electrical, and Public Health (MEP) packages, ensuring works are executed safely, on programme, within budget, and to the highest quality standards. Working closely with project leadership, construction teams, subcontractors, vendors, and client representatives, the MEP Project Manager will play a key role in driving coordination, performance, and delivery certainty across all building services.The successful candidate will work closely with senior management and discipline leads to ensure all MEP works are fully planned, coordinated, and executed in line with programme requirements, technical specifications, and contractual obligations.Key ResponsibilitiesLead and manage the full MEP scope on a large-scale data centre project in Docklands, East LondonOversee planning, coordination, installation, and delivery of all mechanical, electrical, and public health systems from construction through to commissioning and handoverManage MEP subcontractors and specialist vendors, ensuring performance, productivity, and quality targets are achievedEnsure full integration of MEP works with CSA, commissioning, and project controls teamsDevelop and maintain detailed project programmes and track progress against key milestonesWork closely with commercial teams to monitor budgets, control costs, and manage variationsEnsure all works are delivered in accordance with design specifications, contracts, and regulatory requirementsLiaise with client representatives, consultants, and internal stakeholders to ensure successful project deliveryIdentify and mitigate project risks, resolving technical and delivery challenges proactivelyEnsure strict adherence to health, safety, and environmental standards across all MEP activitiesLead coordination and progress meetings, providing clear reporting on performance, risks, and key deliverablesSupport testing, commissioning, and final system handover processesDrive a strong site culture focused on safety, quality, coordination, and delivery excellenceIn Return, Our Client OffersNegotiable basic salaryTravel allowance (if required)Attractive bonus structurePrivate healthcare & PensionOpportunity to work on a flagship London data centre project with strong long-term career progression within a growing international contractor
