Community Nurse (Leinster, Ireland)
TCP Homecare are a leading provider of homecare nursing services on a national scale, providing innovative healthcare and pharmaceutical services to meet the requirements of a new emerging healthcare environment in Ireland. We are looking for innovative & enthusiastic
NMBI registered nurses
who demonstrate a high degree of self-motivation while displaying flexibility and the ability to adapt to change, to join our growing clinical teams in the Leinster region, offering a comprehensive high-quality standard of nursing care and administration of prescribed intravenous treatment to patients/clients across a broad spectrum of specialty areas, within the home and community setting. The home care nurse will provide clinical services to patients in an effective and caring manner to a high standard that meets best practice. A key element of the role is the maintenance of accurate electronic patient records. The role involves working as part of a team where the nurse uses their clinical, communication and interpersonal skills to provide a seamless service for the patient, whilst liaising closely with the multi-disciplinary team. We understand that experience and expertise gained overseas can add valuable skills that returning nurses can bring to our teams.
