This is a permanent, office-based position with an established refurbishment contractor, offering a long-term role where you can sharpen your buying expertise and be trusted to manage key packages end-to-end. With a strong pipeline of work and a clear focus on developing the right people, you'll have genuine scope to grow your impact within the business. You'll join a close-knit, family-run contractor delivering high-end residential refurbishments and associated works, with a loyal, repeat client base and framework agreements supporting steady workflow. They've built their reputation on quality delivery and are focused on sustainable, controlled growth, not scaling at the expense of standards. Based from the office, you'll place orders, coordinate logistics, manage plant/equipment oversight, and liaise with suppliers and site teams to keep projects running smoothly and cost-effectively.
