Assistant/Intermediate Contracts Manager

One of my long standing shop-fit clients has recently secured a number of key accounts within the food retail sector covering projects across the UK. Due to the nature of these accounts, they have decided to take on an bright Assistant /Intermediate Contracts Manager ideally with some retail exposure; * Assist to run a large retail food account by firstly meeting the client and understanding their needs. * Assist in taking a project specification brief. * Liaising with the estimator and design team back at their office. * After securing the work, assist in project managing the fit out stage and new build works for each project. * Coordinate for materials on site. * Placing sub-contractors orders. * Collating relevant Health and Safety files. * Assist in costing minor projects to a clients specification. * Working as a team in working within the budget given on each individual project. * Help/Assist in project managing a number of projects running simultaneously in the food retail sector typically across the south of England. In return; You will receive a competitive salary package including generous car allowance, pension and discretionary bonus scheme. A "staying away" subsistence allowance will also be included.
