Customer Success Manager Our client is an established digital marketing agency specialising in SEO, PPC, web development, and AI-driven marketing strategies for SMEs and owner-managed businesses. As part of their continued growth, they are looking for a commercially minded Customer Success Manager to join their team. This position will be 5 days onsite. The Role You will manage a portfolio of clients, acting as their main point of contact while ensuring campaigns deliver measurable results and strong ROI. This role requires someone proactive, commercially aware, and confident managing client relationships.
