MONDAY-FRIDAY
I am recruiting for a Head Chef for a flagship events catering contract in London however this is not a typical Head Chef role, you will have full culinary ownership - shaping menus, leading teams, managing operations and ensuring consistency and excellence.
For this Head Chef role, they require someone who is able to:
Lead, motivate and develop full time and casual kitchen teams
Create and deliver menus
Manage all food procurement, stock control and waste reduction
Negotiate with suppliers to secure the best quality produce at best market value
Operate consistently within agreed budgets and due diligence frameworks
Ensure quality, consistency and compliance across all kitchen production
Uphold Food Safety and Health & Safety standards
Manage rotas, hours, holidays and cover
Control xwzovoh kitchen costs without compromising guest experience
Lead regular team meetings and briefings
Invest passionately in the training, mentoring, and progression of your team
