Contract: Permanent
Are you an experienced leader passionate about delivering high?quality, person?centred support to adults with additional needs? Were looking for a dedicated Service Manager to oversee 2 Supported Living and Community Outreach services for adults aged 1865 with learning disabilities, autism, mental health needs, sensory impairments and physical disabilities.

What Youll Be Doing Leading, coaching and mentoring Team Leaders and Support Workers
Creating and managing rotas to ensure safe, effective staffing
Overseeing person?centred support plans, risk assessments and service documentation
Ensuring high standards of care, safety and compliance across the service
Building strong relationships with families, professionals and commissioning bodies
Promoting independence, community access and meaningful opportunities for service users
Managing audits, medication oversight, budgeting and daily financial planning
Championing dignity, respect, equality, diversity and inclusion
Participating in the on?call rota for emergencies and unplanned absences
What Were Looking For Minimum 12 months experience leading teams in health or social care
Strong understanding of learning disabilities, autism and mental health
Experience working in Supported Living
Excellent communication, organisation and IT skills
Ability to work flexibly to meet service needs
Strong knowledge of CQV
Full UK driving licence and access to a vehicle
Smart phone with data capability
Health & Social Care qualification
