Registered Manager – £38,000 We’re looking for a committed, values‑driven leader to join one of our highly settled residential services supporting adults with learning disabilities, physical disabilities. This is an excellent development opportunity for an experienced Deputy Manager ready to step into their first Registered Manager role or for a Service Manager seeking their first registration. You will step into a well‑run, well‑structured home with a strong track record of high‑quality care. You will provide clear and compassionate leadership, ensuring that the people we support live fulfilling, safe and empowered lives. Ensuring high standards of compliance, safeguarding and regulatory performance Supporting individuals to access community activities A Deputy Manager ready to progress into your first Registered Manager post A Service Manager seeking your first CQC registration Coaching and support to gain CQC registration Extensive training and development You’ll bring experience supporting people with learning disabilities or physical disabilities, along with the motivation to drive quality and positive outcomes.
