Job Description JOB TITLE: Claims Solicitor (Professional Indemnity) LOCATION: London SALARY: £50K - £75K THE ROLE: A specialist claims management organisation is seeking a Qualified Solicitor to join its Professional Indemnity team, handling complex claims on behalf of SRA and FCA regulated professionals. /n The successful candidate will manage a varied caseload of professional indemnity matters, working closely with policyholders, insurers, and other stakeholders to achieve high-quality claims outcomes. Key Responsibilities /n /n /n - Manage a caseload of professional indemnity claims from inception to resolution /n - Act for SRA and FCA regulated professionals /n - Advise on insurance law, contract law, and litigation strategy /n - Liaise with clients, insurers, and third parties /n - Maintain accurate case records using relevant systems /n - Deliver effective, timely, and commercially focused outcomes /n /n ABOUT YOU: /n /n /n /n - Qualified Solicitor with professional indemnity experience /n - Strong understanding of insurance and litigation processes /n - Excellent analytical and case management skills /n - Confident communicator and negotiator /n - Able to work independently and as part of a team /n - High attention to detail and strong professional standards /n /n /n . eNL will never share your CV with a third party without your express permission.
