Key Roles & Responsibilities

Assist the classroom teacher by preparing learning resources, setting up activities, and managing classroom displays.

Run small-group intervention workshops in reading, writing, and early mathematics.

Provide targeted, nurturing support to children needing extra help to access their lessons.

Supervise children during outdoor playtime, lunch breaks, and on educational school trips.

Promote a positive, inclusive classroom environment by modelling respectful, proactive behaviour.
