Think Recruitment is currently recruiting for an experienced Electrician to join a well-established property services contractor operating within the social housing sector across East Sussex.
This is a permanent opportunity working on responsive repairs, maintenance, testing and installation works within occupied and void residential properties.

Key Responsibilities

Carrying out electrical installations, repairs and maintenance
Inspection, testing and fault finding on domestic electrical systems
Replacing sockets, fittings and associated components
Completing Health & Safety risk assessments
Ensuring all works are completed in line with current regulations
Accurately completing job sheets and work records
Delivering excellent customer service within tenants' homes

Requirements

18th Edition Wiring Regulations
AM2 Qualification
2391 Inspection & Testing
Full UK Driving Licence
Previous experience within social housing or domestic maintenance preferred
Strong understanding of electrical compliance and safety standards
Ability to work independently and manage workload effectively xwzovoh

Package

Salary up to £40,000 per annum
