We have been instructed on a new mandate by an international law firm in London seeking to hire an additional Corporate Associate.

Our client has a genuinely international client base and global office network. This opportunity is suited to lawyers with experience gained at an international or other highly regarded City firm in London.

The successful candidate will advise on a broad range of corporate matters, including mergers and acquisitions, private equity, joint ventures, and capital markets transactions. The role offers exposure to complex cross-border work and the opportunity to work closely with an international client base across a variety of sectors.

We are seeking a lawyer with ideally between 5-8 years' PQE, or similar relevant experience. Applicants should demonstrate a stable and consistent career history and be comfortable operating with a high level of responsibility and client exposure.
