Hybrid Business Analyst / Project Manager - Insurance/Underwriting Domain

Job Description: Our client, a global IT Services organisation is looking for a Business Analyst with Project Management skills (Hybrid BA/PM) to work on a complex programme in the Insurance Underwriting industry. Location - London (hybrid 3 days per week on-site) Duration - 6 months initially Rate - £440-£470 (inside IR35) Required Experience & Skills: Proven experience in a hybrid Business Analyst / Project Manager role Strong Insurance and Underwriting domain knowledge Experience delivering complex transformation programs Excellent stakeholder management, communication, and facilitation skills Experience working across Agile, Waterfall, and Hybrid delivery methodologies Strong business and technology translation skills Proven ability to manage scope, risks, dependencies, and delivery outcomes Key Deliverables Business Requirements Documents (BRDs) Functional Specifications and User Stories Business Process Maps and Workflows Project Plans, Milestone Tracking, and RAID Logs Executive Status Reports and Governance Updates Key Attributes: Strong end-to-end ownership mindset Hands-on and delivery-focused approach Excellent business and technology translation capabilities Strong scope, risk, and dependency management Outcome-oriented and commercially aware Ability to work independently and mobilize quickly
