HGV Class 2 Driver Location: Barnsley, South Yorkshire Shift Pattern: Monday – Friday, (between 5am - 7am start) Salary: £16.50ph Start Date: Immediate About the role: We are seeking a HGV Class 2 Driver for an ongoing position located in Barnsley. In this role, you will be responsible for the safe and timely delivery of our high-quality furniture products to a variety of customers, including independent retailers and housing developers. Key responsibilities: * Transport, and deliver goods to customers on schedule * Support the offloading team onsite * Maintain accurate delivery documentation * Conduct vehicle checks and report any maintenance issues What we are looking for: * Valid Class 2 driving license * Minimum 6 months experience driving a Class 2 * Valid CPC and Tacho Card * Ability to work independently and manage time effectively * Manual handling of goods What we offer: * Competitive salary * Advanced holiday pay * Ongoing position * Opportunity to work for a leading UK manufacturer About Driver Hire: Driver Hire Doncaster is part of Driver Hire Nationwide, the UK’s largest specialist transport and logistics recruiter.
