Hospitality Chef De Partie
£33,500 per year based on a 40-hour contract
All overtime paid at time and a half (£25.23 per hour)
Typical overtime of 812 hours per week, providing realistic earnings of £45,497 £50,744 per annum

About You
Must have fine dining Michelin experience
Previous experience as a Chef de Partie or strong Demi Chef de Partie looking to step up
Passion for high-quality food and hospitality
Strong organisational skills and attention to detail
Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, professional kitchen environment
A positive attitude and willingness to learn and develop
