Senior Civil Design Engineer

Senior Civil Engineer - Water Bristol £45k - £58k Advance TRS are recruiting for a Senior Civil Engineer to join a growing Water team in Bristol, working on a range of water and wastewater treatment and infrastructure projects. The Role Lead and coordinate multi-disciplinary design teams, taking responsibility for civil engineering design. Deliver feasibility, outline and detailed designs, reports and technical specifications. Work across the full project lifecycle, from early-stage design through to delivery. Develop sustainable solutions focused on cost, carbon efficiency and technical performance. Build strong relationships with major water-sector clients. Support project planning, commercial delivery and stakeholder management. Ensure projects meet H&S, environmental and technical standards. Provide technical leadership, mentoring and support to junior engineers. About You Degree in Civil Engineering or equivalent experience. Chartered or Incorporated Engineer, or working towards Chartership with ICE, CIWEM or equivalent. Proven senior-level water-sector experience. Strong experience in water/wastewater design, ideally including hydraulics and treatment schemes. Experience delivering outline and/or detailed design. Strong communication, collaboration and stakeholder management skills. Eligible to work in the UK without restrictions. What's on Offer?
