My client is a leading contract caterer and they are currently recruiting for a Hospitality Head Chef to head up the hospitality offering at one of their flagship B&I contracts in The City of London.

For this Hospitality Head Chef role, they require someone who has:

• A strong background in hospitality/events within the B&I contract catering sector

• Fine dining experience

• Strong administrative skills

• The ability to manage a BOH team

• A passion for food and innovation

• The desire to grow within a forward thinking company
