Building Maintenance Technician

Catch 22 are recruiting on behalf of an established maintenance contractor specialising in affordable housing repairs and maintenance services. We're looking to speak to skilled Building Maintenance Technicians to join a reactive repairs team delivering high-quality maintenance works across occupied residential properties throughout Greater London and North London. There are multiple positions available across several locations, making this a great opportunity for experienced tradespeople looking for a long-term role with a busy and growing business. Role Responsibilities: Carrying out reactive repairs and general building maintenance Delivering first-time fixes across a range of trade disciplines Working closely with residents and providing excellent customer service Using mobile technology to manage jobs and complete reports Ensuring all work is completed safely, efficiently and to a high standard Ideal Candidate NVQ Level 2 or 3 in a relevant trade (Carpentry, Plumbing, Electrical, Plastering, Decorating, Bricklaying, Groundworks or similar) Multi-trade maintenance experience Knowledge of social housing or residential maintenance environments Strong customer service skills Experience using PDA or mobile job management systems Full UK Driving Licence (essential) This is a full time, permanent role paying around £45,000.If interested please apply or contact Laura on (url removed)
