PERMANENT| 80,000.00-100,000.00PER ANNUMRECRUITER: | Simon Blau Senior Relationship Manager – Commercial Lending City of LondonPermanent 80,000 - 100,000cer Financial are partnering with an international bank in the City of London to recruit a Senior Relationship Manager within Commercial Lending.RESPONSIBITLIES: Originate and structure commercial property lending transactions.Build and manage client relationships throughout the loan lifecycle.Source new lending opportunities across senior debt, mezzanine and other financing structures.Lead negotiations and oversee transaction execution.Prepare and review credit proposals, due diligence and property analysis.Monitor portfolio performance and manage risk.Work with internal teams to ensure smooth loan administration.Meet lending, revenue and portfolio targets while maintaining regulatory compliance.EXPERIENCE: 5–10 years' experience in commercial real estate finance.Proven track record of originating and executing property finance transactions.Strong knowledge of commercial property lending products, including bridging and exit finance.Commercially minded with strong analytical and financial assessment skills.Excellent relationship management, negotiation and decision-making abilities.Good understanding of credit risk and regulatory requirements.
