Conducting a varied caseload of commercial disputes, you will possess the ability to deal with complex commercial and / or corporate litigation matters including contract disputes, professional negligence claims, shareholder disputes to name but a few matters.THE CANDIDATE:You will have a minimum of 3 years' post-qualification experience (PQE) in commercial litigation, with a proven track record of successfully handling complex cases.
