Key Responsibilities:
As Kitchen Manager , you'll play a key role in the day-to-day running of the kitchen by:
Ordering and managing stock levels
Creating and managing staff rotas
Maintaining excellent food hygiene standards
Training, motivating, and leading the kitchen team
Supporting a high-volume service while maintaining quality
What we're looking for:
To be successful in this Kitchen Manager role, you'll ideally have:
Previous Head Chef or Kitchen Manager experience
Experience with American-style cooking
A background working in xwzovoh high-volume kitchens
Strong leadership and people management skills
Excellent organisation and communication abilities
