About the role

Litigator – Property and Private Client

Salary: Competitive – depending on experience (min 1 year PQE)

Full Time Monday – Friday

An exciting opportunity for an experienced Litigation Solicitor with excellent promotion prospects to join an established solicitor’s firm based in East London covering a wide range of areas of law including Residential & Commercial Property, Wills, Probate, Dispute Resolution and Employment Law for both businesses and the individual.

This is a great opportunity for a solid experienced fee earning litigation solicitor to join a well-regarded and modern firm.

The Job Role:

As an experienced Litigation solicitor, you will be dealing with a wide range of matters such as: Property Disputes

  • Property matters (including ownership disputes, right of way disputes and boundary disputes, service charge disputes and right to manage claims.)
  • Landlord and Tenant disputes (Residential and Commercial) Including possession/eviction proceedings, lease renewal proceedings

Probate Disputes

  • Inheritance claims
  • Will validity claims

Miscellaneous

  • Debt recovery/repayment
  • Building Disputes

Skills Experience and Qualifications:

  • Qualified litigation solicitor with minimum 1 year PQE
  • Produce high quality work with attention to detail
  • Work autonomously with supervision
  • Excellent communication skills
  • Excellent administrative and organisational skills
  • Able to work in a departmental billing target
