Job Title: ICT Engineer Location: Magherafelt & surrounding areas Contract: Permanent, full-time Work Pattern: Monday-Friday, standard operational hours We're working with a growing organisation in the manufacturing space- this is an exciting opportunity to work within a fast paced environment. The Role It's a broad and varied role suited to someone who enjoys being hands-on with technology and likes expanding their skillsets across different areas of IT and the business. What You'll be Doing Provide 1st line ICT support across the business, troubleshooting hardware, software and user issues. Work closely with the ICT team and other departments to identify and implement improvements in ICT support and communication. Maintain and troubleshoot PCs, printers, peripherals and other IT equipment. Support the implementation of new software, workflows and IT processes, including user training. Contribute to ICT projects, documentation and continuous improvement across the organisation About You A strong approach to technical troubleshooting and problem solving. Excellent communication skills and the ability to work confidently with users at all levels. A customer-focused attitude with a willingness to take ownership of issues. The ability to work effectively as part of a team while also managing your own workload. A proactive and process-driven approach to your work.
