An opportunity has arisen for a Corporate Associate to join an established Corporate team in London, working across a broad range of M&A transactions.

The role


The successful candidate will advise on a varied mix of corporate matters, including:


  • Public and private M&A transactions
  • Domestic and cross-border acquisitions and disposals
  • Transactions involving listed businesses, international organisations and financial sponsors
  • Drafting and negotiating a range of corporate documentation
  • Managing transactions through the various stages of a deal
  • Working closely with clients and colleagues across different practice areas and jurisdictions


About you


We are interested in hearing from Corporate lawyers with:


  • Approximately 2-4 years' PQE, although candidates outside this range are also encouraged to apply
  • Experience advising on M&A transactions
  • A solid grounding in corporate law gained within private practice
  • Strong drafting, analytical and communication skills
  • The ability to manage matters effectively and work collaboratively as part of a team
