Technical Paraplanner Requirements - Essential: CII Diploma in Financial Planning (minimum qualification) - Essential: Proven experience within independent financial planning firm producing complex recommendation reports - Essential: Strong technical knowledge of pensions, investments, and protection products - Desirable: Holding or working towards Chartered status - Desirable: Experience with holistic financial planning and regulatory compliance - Desirable: Proficiency with back-office systems and MS Office suite The Company Our client is a respected wealth management firm with multiple UK offices, known for their planning-led approach and supportive culture.
