Position: Support Worker Shifts: Day & Night Shifts Available Job Type: Full-Time / Part-Time Key Responsibilities: * Providing person-centred care and support * Supporting individuals with daily living activities * Promoting independence, dignity and choice * Supporting with personal care where required * Completing accurate daily records and documentation * Following individual care/support plans * Maintaining a safe and supportive environment * Working effectively as part of a team We are looking for someone who is: * Caring, patient and compassionate * Reliable and professional * Able to communicate effectively * Flexible and willing to work shifts * Committed to providing high-quality support Previous care/support experience is desirable, although training can be provided for suitable candidates
