Admissions and Enquiries Assistant

In the Admissions & Enquiries Assistant role, you will be: Responding to enquiries by telephone, email, webchat and in person, providing a welcoming and professional service. Supporting applicants throughout the admissions process, answering queries and directing them to the appropriate teams where required. Logging and maintaining accurate enquiry records using the organisation's CRM system. Working closely with colleagues to ensure enquiries are resolved efficiently and customers receive an excellent service. Maintaining confidentiality and ensuring accurate handling of sensitive information in line with data protection requirements. Providing general administrative support to the Admissions & Enquiries team as required.  To be successful in the Admissions & Enquiries, role you will need: Previous experience working in a busy customer-focused or administrative environment. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills with the ability to build rapport with a wide range of people. Strong organisational skills with the ability to prioritise a varied workload and work using your own initiative. Good IT skills, including Microsoft Office, with confidence learning new systems. A positive, proactive and flexible approach, with the ability to remain calm under pressure. Welsh language skills or experience working within Higher Education would be advantageous but are not essential. This is a full-time temporary position, working Monday to Friday, offering £13.50 per hour, plus holiday pay and weekly pay.
