Quantity Surveyor - Ashford Kent

In your role as a Quantity Surveyor, you will be expected to provide support for all colleagues for the successful delivery of projects together with taking ownership and responsibility for the delivery and management of your own projects and tasks.

Key responsibilities include following quality assurance processes, conducting site visits, managing multiple projects, and preparing cost estimates, Bills of Quantities, and cost planning in line with standards.
You will also handle procurement advice, tenders, contract forms, interim valuations, and final accounts.

Ideal candidates will have:
Experience in cost planning, procurement, and contract administration
Strong problem-solving xwzovoh and stakeholder management skills
The ability to switch between long-term developments and fast-moving projects
Familiarity with CostX or other estimating software (preferred but not essential)
A proactive, solutions-focused mindse
