We're looking for an experienced ServiceNow Developer to join a high-performing team delivering large-scale, global platform solutions.

This is a hands-on role ideal for someone who enjoys building scalable ServiceNow applications, working closely with stakeholders, and delivering high-quality solutions in an agile environment.

Key Responsibilities
Develop and enhance solutions on the ServiceNow platform
Build and maintain Service Portal applications
Translate business requirements into robust technical designs
Design, estimate, and deliver platform enhancements
Collaborate with stakeholders and provide technical guidance
Support integration work across REST/SOAP APIs

Key Experience
5+ years of ServiceNow development experience
Strong experience with Service Portal development
Solid skills in HTML, CSS, JavaScript, AngularJS, Bootstrap
Experience with REST/SOAP APIs, JSON, HTTP integrations
Proven background working in Agile environments
Strong problem-solving and communication skills

Desirable
ServiceNow certifications (e.g. CAD, CIS-CSM )
Experience xwzovoh with Customer Service Management (CSM)
Familiarity with Jira and Confluence
SAFe or scaled Agile experience
