We’re looking for an experienced Regional Support Manager to support and strengthen children’s residential homes across the North (Stoke-on-Trent and Staffordshire Regions).

This is a hands-on leadership role where you’ll work closely with Registered Managers to drive quality, improve performance, and ensure outstanding care for young people.

The Role

Support and develop Registered Managers and teams
Provide leadership to services needing improvement or stability
Drive Ofsted readiness, compliance, and safeguarding
Deliver coaching, audits, and service improvement plans

About You

NVQ Level 5 (or equivalent)
Strong experience in children’s residential care
Confident xwzovoh leader with knowledge of Ofsted and safeguarding
Passionate about improving outcomes for young people
